Our agency is GROWING and we’re looking for incredible talent to join our team!  While we would love our next Socialite to be located in Central New York, we are open to a fully remote team member!

We’re currently hiring for the following roles:

  • Social Media Advertiser/Strategist
  • Social Media Manager/Content Creator
Social Media Advertiser/Strategist

The ideal candidate will be seeking a multi-faceted role in Social Media and will be responsible for creating big picture strategies, executing paid (and occasionally organic) social media efforts, performing and summarizing social media audits, and training clients on how to use social media platforms.  This role will be client-facing and the right candidate must feel at ease utilizing Zoom and working remotely.  Must have demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.  Kajabi experience is a HUGE plus!  Your focus will be to act as an ‘Account Manager’ as you create strategies and execute for several of our clients’ advertising accounts.

This role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to…
  • From ideation to execution and reporting, this position will be responsible for creating organic and paid social media campaigns across all social media channels
  • Consulting with clients to understand their marketing objectives and share results
  • Auditing clients organic and paid social media accounts, presenting an audit report, reviewing results, and executing and/or training the client on implementation
  • Creating multi-phased campaigns that span across multiple platforms and touchpoints
  • Leading the creation and execution of social media content calendars and marketing plans
  • Executing paid Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube campaigns
  • Working on various projects for the agency and clients, including copywriting (sales/landing pages, email marketing, blogs), social media management, campaign ideation and development, lead generation and nurturing, research, etc.
  • Assisting in facilitating social media workshops and client training sessions
  • Freedom to creatively explore ideas and develop winning strategies for clients
  • Flexibility to work in-person and/or remotely
  • Flexibility to make own schedule M-F between the hours of 9am-6pm EST
  • While we try not to work nights/holidays/weekends, you will occasionally have to monitor client accounts/active campaigns during these times
  • The position will start part-time with the opportunity to grow
Our ideal ‘Socialite’ has these skills…
  • Bachelor’s/Graduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field, preferred
  • 3+ years experience in Facebook advertising required. Ideally, the right candidate will have experience managing a minimum of $10k+ monthly media spends for clients across multiple platforms, and can speak to/show examples of past campaigns.  Lead generation experience preferred.
  • Experience and demonstrated results in creating, maintaining, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across social platforms that include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and/or TikTok
  • Experience creating content and managing Social Media channels for clients (minimum of 2+ clients at a time)
  • Experience in creating marketing funnels, landing pages, and email campaigns/sequences
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and/or Google Adwords
  • Experience with and/or willing to learn Asana, Constant Contact, Dropbox, Gmail, Google Drive, Google My Business, Kajabi, Loom, Mailchimp, Slack, Swydo, Toggl, WordPress, Zoom, and any savvy digital tools
  • Knows the difference and value of ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, and CPC
  • Demonstrated industry experience that includes copywriting, lead generation and nurturing, social media advertising, email marketing, and social media management
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing social media strategies in diverse industries
  • Top-notch writing and communication skills, with prior experience blogging, writing copy, social media posts, and ads, etc.
  • Can communicate client needs to appropriate team members (graphic designer, copywriter, etc.)
  • Possess a flair for knowing the perfect combination of copy, creative, and strategy that can cut through the social noise
  • Experience working with Kajabi and course creators is a HUGE plus!

Social Media Manager/Content Creator

 Are you passionate about organic content creation?  Do you want to manage the daily social presence of multiple social media accounts?  Have some paid advertising experience?  This role is for you!
